IP[N8710 anti-corrosion water supply spiral steel pipe is composed of aliphatic polyurethane prepolymer, epoxy resin, high-quality pigment, auxiliary agent and solvent. It is specially used for anti-corrosion of equipment, water transmission and distribution pipes, drinking water tank surfaces contacted by food, drinking water, etc.
The main materials of water supply spiral steel pipe are carbon steel, such as Q195, Q235, and pipeline steel series X42-X70. The site or warehouse for the storage of spiral steel pipe products for water supply shall be clean and free of water drainage, and shall be far away from the factories and mines that produce harmful gases or dust. Weeds and all sundries shall be removed on the site to keep the steel clean.

There are many kinds of corrosive media in the water supply pipeline, such as acid, alkali, salt, oxidant and water vapor, etc. the coating must be chemically inert and resistant to acid and alkali salt corrosion, and the coating should have a dense structure, good waterproof permeability, strong adhesion, toughness and fullness.
IPN8710 primer: it is composed of polyurethane polyethylene, modified epoxy resin, non-toxic antirust pigments and fillers, auxiliaries, etc. it is solidified at room temperature to form an interpenetrating network, with dense film structure, acid, alkali, salt resistance, excellent antirust performance and strong adhesion.
IPN8710 finish paint: it is composed of epoxy resin, rubber resin modified, non-toxic antirust pigments and fillers, additives, etc. Excellent chemical resistance, non-toxic, anti microbial corrosion.
Application: IPN8710 primer is used for anti-corrosion primer coating of inner wall of water supply pipeline;
IPN8710 top coat is used for the anti-corrosion top coat of the inner wall of the water supply pipeline.
